Print-on-Demand Items

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Each item is made specifically for you when you place your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

To report a defective item, please email us with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective item
